5wmb Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 5wmb platform at 5wmb.net (the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein. These collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 5wmb.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 5wmb platform and close any existing account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to and use of the 5wmb platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling participation in the Philippines. 5wmb strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21 years old.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation is legal under the laws applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from 5wmb or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator.
• Single Account: You may only hold one active account on the 5wmb platform. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension.

To access real-money games and the full range of 5wmb services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and valid mobile number.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 5wmb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account details.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify 5wmb immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• One Account Per Person: Only one registered account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to circumvent this rule will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• KYC Compliance: 5wmb is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request and to provide supporting documents within the specified timeframe.

All financial transactions on the 5wmb platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 5wmb supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Bitcoin, and USDT. Crypto deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. This threshold is subject to change and any updates will be communicated via the Platform.
• Withdrawal Processing: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically completed within a few hours during Philippine business hours.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Transaction Limits: 5wmb reserves the right to set minimum and maximum transaction limits. These limits may vary based on your account verification status and the payment method selected.
• Anti-Money Laundering: All transactions are subject to monitoring for compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
• Declined Transactions: 5wmb is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with declined or returned transactions.

5wmb offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion in addition to these general T&C. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless specifically noted, only one bonus offer may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address during any promotional period.
• Abuse Prevention: 5wmb reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of promotion terms. This includes the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry period as specified in each promotion. Unused bonus funds or spins that expire will be forfeited without compensation.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available exclusively to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, or geographic requirements.
• Modification and Cancellation: 5wmb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided through the Platform where reasonably practicable.

All casino games available on the 5wmb platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, hi-lo, and RNG table games — operate under their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable game rules.

• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games on 5wmb use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems certified for fairness. The outcome of every spin, hand, or round is determined by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by 5wmb or the player.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are operated in real time from 5wmb's studio facilities. All dealing procedures follow standardized protocols. In the event of a technical disruption to a live game session, 5wmb's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round is final.
• Malfunction Voids Play: Any malfunction of the gaming software or hardware that results in an erroneous display of odds, outcomes, or winnings voids all affected bets. 5wmb will refund the original wager amount for any bet affected by a confirmed malfunction.
• Return to Player (RTP): The RTP percentages for all slot games are available within the game's information panel. RTP figures are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Disputed Outcomes: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the relevant game server log shall constitute the definitive record. 5wmb's decision, made following review of the server log, is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5wmb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these T&C.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, associate, or third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy with other players designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5wmb staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on or related to the Platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other information provided to 5wmb at any time.

5wmb is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling on the 5wmb platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses, or a solution to personal problems.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion directly through their account settings. During a self-exclusion period, access to all gaming features will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may activate session time reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set rolling loss ceilings to help manage their gaming expenditure. These limits are enforced at the platform level and cannot be bypassed.

All content on the 5wmb platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand identifiers, game graphics, software code, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 5wmb or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these T&C.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 5wmb platform without prior written permission from 5wmb.
• The 5wmb name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of 5wmb. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Game titles, artwork, and mechanics provided by third-party game developers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to 5wmb for use on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5wmb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

• Service Availability: 5wmb does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• Third-Party Services: 5wmb is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or network operators whose services form part of the Platform infrastructure.
• Player Decisions: 5wmb is not responsible for any financial losses arising from your wagering decisions. All gambling involves inherent financial risk.
• Force Majeure: 5wmb shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or actions of PAGCOR.

5wmb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. • By registering on the 5wmb platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• 5wmb will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Your personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory bodies where required by law or regulation.
• You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting 5wmb's Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The 5wmb platform operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these T&C, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, with the venue in Metro Manila, unless PAGCOR's dispute resolution process is the applicable first step under relevant regulations.

5wmb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 5wmb will notify registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.

The most current version of these T&C will always be accessible at 5wmb.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting 5wmb support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the procedures described in Section 4.
